Twitter has opened up a whole new world of education (and beyond) to me and I count it as the single most important professional development tool I have at my disposal.

Hopefully the Twitter 101 presentation expanded your perspective beyond "just another social networking site" - and that you see the potential in how you can use Twitter both personally, professionally, and potentially in the classroom.
